Woodson Bridge State Recreation Area

Description: Woodson Bridge SRA and Bidwell-Sacramento River State Park combine with other local sites to provide family-style recreation along the Sacramento River off Interstate 5 near Corning. Boating and fishing are the primary draws. Nearby Tehama County Park has a boat ramp. The area borders a wildlife reserve where Bald Eagles over-winter. The Indian Fishery area at Bidwell is noted as a pleasant place to relax and maybe spot an active river otter at work and play.

Facilities: 37 developed campsites for tents or RV's to 31 feet. 5 boat-in sites. Group site for up to 40 people. Picnic tables and fire grills. Nature trails, restrooms with showers. In close proximity you can picnic or launch a boat. Reservations are accepted at Reserve America. Campground open year round.
